Hello there curious little pond goer, uhmm im testing this sorta thing where i make blogs/journal about whatever i want, really. starting off with my current hyperfixation, the gorg diva Nicole Kidman. this might come off as kinda random but bare with me here haha.
It truly started off because of Adela's new song, Nicole Kidman, God i love that song. everyone on the clock app is talking about the amount of reference Adela made in the lyrics and in the music video. and for me honestly i only knew her from eyes wide shut and Aquaman. Kinda embarrassing for a self-proclaimed movie lover like me. and if your wondering why is there a Troye Sivan music video in here, its because...i just like it and i though it was worth mentioning. but i digress, i then went on a Nicole Kidman movie Marathon for a day and a half. starting with 'baby girl'.
Im not gonna give some criterion level of a movie breakdown over here, although i would love to do that some day. anyway, as a freak of a nature myself i gotta admit that movie awakened something inside of me. that might be a TMI but who cares. and Oh! Poor Zorro haha. any movie he's in he will always be Zorro to me. Moving on to 'Moulin Rouge', now this is a movie i would reserve my opinions for a proper movie review in the future. so for now all i'm going to say is, there is you before seeing Moulin Rouge and then there's you after. And for 'to die for' , i will say the same review that i left on my letterboxd and that is, Nightcrawler son or to die for daughter iykyk.
Now 'Practical Magic' im already warning the readers rn (if there's any lol) i'm j gonna glaze this movie soo hard. and it rightfully deserves so. Anyway, i genuinely think i just found my new comfort movie. my first initial thought was that i didn't know the witchy-Cristal loving-spiritual girlies had their own princess diaries. also I WANT TO LIVE IN THAT DAMN HOUSE UGGHH.... but most importantly this movie definitely justified my tendencies to drink certain beverages at like 1 am and i am immensely comforted by it. it also inspired me to create a list of movies that i will show my kids in the future. My kids will grow up watching movies shot in film!
this Film eventually led me to Lisahall. her song 'is this Real' was featured in the official soundtrack. i've never been a genre listener kinda person so i genuinely don't know how to describe it better than 'this is how the 90's sounds like to me'. please enjoy my little playlist<3
MAMA, a wig behind you
So that's about it for now. again i'm still just testing this. idk how well i can keep up with this but i hope i can do this some more because its genuinely therapeutic. lemme know ur thoughts about anything <3.
HERE SOME STAMPS FOR YOU
